Human Factor – Vol. IV

The fourth and last volume concerns the relationship of man with technology, especially the latest generation. The accidents that happen today are essentially due to poor ergonomic design. This basically depends on the fact that those who produce the machines are not (and perhaps have no idea of) who uses them. Some accidents were very significant precisely to show that a better design would perhaps have avoided the triggering of the accident dynamics. Today, the human factor discipline is migrating to other realities such as medicine or other high-risk and highly complex sectors.
