\’Culinary novel\’ is the revolutionary manifesto of chef Bonetta dell\’Oglio, the hymn to natural luxury told by the journalist Eleonora Lombardo. A trip to the Sicilian territory to discover products and projects of Sicilian excellence, accompanied by an innovative recipe book that translates the sumptuous dishes of the Sicilian cuisine into a gourmet version. Bonetta dell\’Oglio became patron and chef of the Dispensa dei Monsù, which had run for ten years leading it to get reports in the best international guides. She can be defined \’pasionaria\’: able to create hedonic recipes such as Sushiliano®, Sicilian Sushi, but above all to carry forward a revolution in the kitchens, and even earlier in the fields, so that every day you can eat with the stars at the table. She was one of the protagonists of the second Italian edition of the TV show Top Chef.


B. dell’Oglio was educated for the cuisine by her grandmother and at the good taste by  her mother. After years of restoring and decorating ancient palaces, she put her manual skills and her aesthetic refinement at the service of gourmet cuisine.

E. Lombardo worked as an author in Rai and for the theater with E. Dante. Publicist journalist, he writes about culture for the Sicilian edition of “La Repubblica” and teaches for the Holden school.
