Restorative yoga

by Favreau Audrey, Favreau Audrey, Favreau Audrey
Restorative yoga

Find calm, manage anxiety, anger, depression. Unlike dynamic yoga, this is a meditative practice that allows you to calm the mind, balance the nervous system and relax the body. It is a kind of yoga that helps us release chronic stress by cultivating \’the art of doing nothing\’. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of physical condition, and uses accessories such as blankets, soft cylindrical supports and small pillows to train the body and mind and lead them to a state of deep relaxation.
Restorative yoga what it is and how to practice it with over thirty postures and forty sequences: the text by Audrey Favreau will give you the keys to find inner calm and better health.
